5. Candidate and User Submissions
Where you submit information to the Company, including CVs, referrals, enquiries or communications, you confirm that:
• the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

• the information does not knowingly breach any law or third-party rights.
You remain responsible for the content and accuracy of any information submitted.
6. Referral Programme Terms
Stoutz & Co Recruitment Ltd may, at its discretion, offer referral rewards for successful introductions of Candidates to vacancies managed by the Company.
A referral reward will only become payable where:
• the referral was submitted directly to the Company before the Candidate independently applied or was introduced by another source;
• the referred individual consented to being contacted by the Company;
• the referred individual was successfully placed into permanent, temporary or contract employment through the Company;
• the referred individual remained continuously employed within that placement for a minimum period of three (3) months;
• no refund, rebate or replacement obligation affecting the placement has been triggered.
Referral rewards are limited to the first valid referral received for any individual Candidate.
Duplicate referrals, self-referrals, fictitious referrals, or referrals submitted without the Candidate’s permission will not qualify.
Referral rewards may be issued in the form of a gift card, voucher, product, service or alternative non-cash reward determined by the Company.
Referral rewards:
• are non-transferable;
• may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly agreed by the Company;
• may be subject to applicable tax obligations which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
The Company reserves the right to:
• refuse, withhold or withdraw referral rewards where fraud, abuse, misleading information or non-compliance is suspected;
• amend, suspend or terminate the referral programme at any time;
• determine eligibility and qualification for referral rewards at its reasonable discretion.
Participation in the referral programme does not create any employment, partnership, agency or contractual relationship between the referrer and the Company.
Any personal information submitted under the referral programme will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
